To the maximum extent permitted by law, eSolicitors.com disclaims all liability for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or connected to the use of the Platform or services offered by Lawyers. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

eSolicitors.com does not intervene in or assume responsibility for disputes between Users and Lawyers. Any disputes regarding legal services, fees, or communication must be resolved directly between the parties. While eSolicitors.com may offer limited support for dispute resolution, we do not guarantee any specific outcome and are not responsible for the actions or decisions of Lawyers.

6. Payments and Fees

All payments for services on eSolicitors.com are processed through a third-party payment provider. The Platform does not store Users’ financial information, and all payment terms are governed by the policies of the third-party provider. By using the Platform, Users and Lawyers agree to adhere to the terms and conditions of the payment provider. eSolicitors.com is not responsible for payment disputes, delays, or errors caused by the third-party provider.

7. Platform Fees and Revenue Share

eSolicitors.com collects a platform fee or commission from payments made for services facilitated through the Platform. These fees are subject to change and may vary based on the services rendered. Users and Lawyers will be informed of any changes in fee structure, and by continuing to use the Platform, both parties accept the updated fees.

8. No Guarantee of Results

eSolicitors.com does not guarantee any specific outcomes, quality of advice, or success of legal matters handled by Lawyers on the Platform. The selection of a Lawyer and the reliance on their legal expertise is solely the User’s responsibility, and eSolicitors.com shall not be held liable for any dissatisfaction, disputes, or perceived inadequacy with services received.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless eSolicitors.com, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party, including disputes between Users and Lawyers.
