The platform collects a £15 discovery call fee from the client to fund the consultation infrastructure — the video room, live transcription, AI scoping, and platform support. You receive a qualified lead, a recorded consultation, a full transcript, and an AI-generated project proposal at no cost to you. It is our investment in helping you win the client, not a fee we take from you for the initial consultation.

You can bill court fees, search fees, HMLR fees, expert reports, and any other disbursements directly to the client through the platform. We provide a library of 1,000+ pre-categorised disbursement types. The client pays the disbursement amount directly — those funds go straight to you and we never touch them. This keeps your client account and office account fully separate, as required by SRA accounts rules.

Yes. All communications are encrypted. Video recordings are auto-deleted after 30 days (GDPR compliance). Client documents are delivered via signed URLs with 1-hour expiry — never permanently public.
