Two ways every partner earns
Stream 1: your direct referrals
When someone signs up through your link and completes a matter, you earn a share of the platform fee on their side of that matter. It keeps paying on their repeat matters, not just the first one.
Stream 2: your override
If a partner you introduced goes on to introduce others, you earn a smaller override on the matters across that extended network. Build the network once and it keeps working for you.
How it works in practice
Sarah, an accountant, shares her partner link. A client signs up through it, books a lawyer and completes a commercial contract review, so Sarah earns a share of the platform fee on that matter. This is Stream 1, her own direct referral. Separately, Sarah also introduces a fellow accountant, James, who joins as a partner through her link. When James goes on to refer his own clients and their matters complete, Sarah earns a smaller override on top, because James joined under her. This is Stream 2. One network, two ways to earn, with no cap on either.

How your earnings multiply
One partner link earns two ways at once. Introduce people directly, and earn again when the partners you brought in grow their own networks.

The more people complete matters through you, the higher your tier climbs, lifting your Stream 1 rate on every future matter. There is no cap on either stream.

This is a worked example to show the idea, not the exact fee we charge. It uses a £5,000 matter and applies our live rates at the highest rate for each referral type.

A partner you introduced refers someone who completes a matter
When a partner you introduced (a lawyer or a client) goes on to refer other people, and one of those people completes a similar £5,000 matter, your partner earns their own referral income for that introduction, and you earn a smaller override on top from our platform fee. It costs them nothing, and you both earn from eSolicitors:

The override is a fixed rate and does not change with your tier. It keeps paying across your extended network, matter after matter.

Who can become a partner?
Any lawyer, law firm, accountant, professional introducer or existing eSolicitors client can join. Accountants and general introducers can request a partner code and start sharing straight away.
How much do I earn?
You earn a share of the platform fee on each completed matter from the people you refer. The exact rate depends on your partner tier and the type of referral, and the current rates are shown in the rate card on this page. Those figures update automatically whenever our rates change.
What are the two earning streams?
Stream 1 is your own direct referrals: when someone who signed up through your link completes a matter, you earn a share of our platform fee on their side of it, on their first matter and every repeat matter after. Stream 2 is your override: if a partner you introduced goes on to introduce others, you earn a smaller share on the matters across that extended network. You can earn from both at the same time.
What are partner tiers and how do they work?
Tiers reward partners who introduce more people. Everyone starts at Tier 1. As your number of completed referrals over a rolling twelve months grows, you move up to Tier 2 and then Tier 3, and your share of the platform fee increases at each tier. Your tier is worked out automatically and the exact thresholds and rates are shown live in the rate card and tier cards on this page.
Do higher tiers apply to everything I earn?
Your tier lifts the rate on your direct referral earnings. Some special earning types, such as network overrides and named introductions, use a fixed rate rather than your tier. The live rate card on this page always shows exactly which rate applies to each referral type.
When do I get paid?
Earnings are confirmed once a referred matter completes and clears its refund window. Once your balance passes the minimum payout amount, it is paid out to you securely.
Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?
No. There is no cap on the number of people you can introduce or on how much you can earn.
Does my referral cost the person I refer anything extra?
No. Your earnings come out of our standard platform fee, not from an added charge to the person you introduced.
